Good
Firstly I ordered a Brown cover and got a black one. Disappointed when it arrived. There was no draw cord and the eyelets were only 6mm opening. Cannot fault workmanship but very disappointed to the lack of order detail

Excellent Service/Product
Ordered custom fit covers for my garden BBQ area. After providing all necessary measurements and sorting out the finer details with the design team, they arrived in about a week and fitted absolutely perfectly. Material is strong and completely waterproof, with breathable vents. Would recommend and use again.

Black Velcro?
When I ordered a tan custom cover - there was no mention of a pocket like addition with six inch black Velcro strip. It looks awful - if this is an air vent not sure why it needs to be so large and why the hideous black line?

Pergola cover is useless.
I ordered custom pergola cover price $122.94. When I received the cover there was no hole on the edge for the tight, it was different from the website pictures have holes on the edge for the tight. I asked replacement, the reply was that they will solve this problem within 24~48 hours. After 2 days I received an email the answer that my order delivered completely and they mentioned no reply this email. Do not purchase from this seller.

Good
Told them what custom size I wanted to cover 2 generators, they made it, fit like a glove. What more could you ask for. And reasonably priced for the work. Will use again if needed.

Just don't even bother trying
I submitted specs and pics for a custom cover and never received a quote. I tried to follow up several times over a few weeks, but only received incoherent responses from the chat - perhaps bots or untrained service reps... hard to tell. I'll be shopping elsewhere. Not worth wasting your time here.
